However, for redundancy and increased stability and reliability, Ambess Prepaid utilizes and deploys technologies in large facilities across the United States. The platforms we manage and/or utilize are based in California, Georgia, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Washington.

Unfortunately we do not distribute our services to anyone residing outside of the United States and its territories and possessions at this time.

Is the PosiCash Terminal easy to operate?

How does the PosiCash terminal transact?
Simple. Generally it is connected to a standard analog telephone line at your location. It dials out to a platform, which sends the selected product back to you, through the
terminal, at your store location. We also have various ethernet terminals available, allowing you to use your existing high-speed internet connection.
Do I need to install a new phone line for PosiCash?
No. You can simply share an existing phone line such as a line connected to another device already in place. You’ll simply need a line-splitter. We do not recommend sharing with an ATM machine or lottery line.
Is the PosiCash system secure and does it protect me against fraud?
Ambess Prepaid has taken sophisticated strides to protect you from fraud. There are measures in place which limit your risk and provide management overview.
Does the PosiCash system provide me with reports so I can reconcile?
Multiple forms of reporting are available. 1) Reports can be run directly from the terminal 2) You can access our website at www.ambess.com to generate your own reports 3) We offer optional auto-reporting so the report is automatically sent to your e-mail inbox.
Can I stop receiving PosiCash statements via e-mail?
Yes, you may discontinue receiving your statement via e-mail. Simply contact Ambess Prepaid at 1.800.440.7069 and advise us that you no longer wish to receive invoices via e-mail. Alternate invoicing methods are provided at no charge. If you choose Paperless Billing, we’ll simply issue a Username and Password and you can access your invoices online anytime.
How is my PosiCash system installed?
The PosiCash kit arrives at your location ready to plug & play. It’s simple. Open the box, display your products and plug-in your terminal to a phone line and a power outlet (surge protectors are highly recommended). You’ll be ready to sell on day one.
Are the products refundable?
We recommend that you never offer refunds. There are steps in place to prevent the need of having to refund a product. Prepaid Debit and Real-time Top-Up products (such as Boost RTR PayGo) are non-refundable.
Where can I acquire a PosiCash User's Training Guide?
User’s Training Guides are included in the box with each PosiCash kit. If you no longer have the box or manual, please visit our website to download the User’s Training Guide or just call us at 1.800.440.7069 and we’ll send you one via e-mail or regular mail.
Is there a Monthly Rental Fee associated with PosiCash?
A monthly rental fee is applied to all accounts that choose our standard PosiCash “Free Use of Terminal” packages. The costs we incur in order to allow you to use one of our terminals is offset by a minimal Monthly Rental Fee. This small monthly charge allows us to provide packages at a reasonable price. The fee is waived in months that the terminal generates our minimum monthly sales criteria.
May I simply purchase a PosiCash terminal?
Yes, you may. Ambess Prepaid offers multiple terminal options at affordable one-time prices. All terminals are brand new and carry a 12 month manufacturers’ warranty. If you purchase a terminal, there are NO MONTHLY FEES and NO MINIMUMS for the use of the terminal.
What is the procedure and cost of re-programming my PosiCash terminal?
In order to remove or change programming, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1.800-440.7069. We are not able to remove or change services online or via email. Please be advised that there may be a small fee for programming equipment you own.
May I pay my PosiCash invoice with cash?
Even better, with our Automatic Payment Program, we simply ACH debit (often referred to as EFT or bank draft) your account on a recurring schedule so you never have to worry about sending payment by mail.
How much money will I make with PosiCash?
The amount of profit depends on which products you are selling and the quantity you are selling. Assuming your average profit margin is 20% and your monthly sales volume is $2000, your net revenue would be $400. Come on. Profit. Now.

What equipment will I need in order to participate in the PosiCash program?
You will need a compatible transaction processing terminal. We have hundreds of them ready to be shipped. The most popular terminals are the Verifone 3730, 3730LE, VX510, VX510LE, 3740, 3740IP, 3750, 3750IP and the VX570. You can also sell our products via a PC using our online portal by going to www.ambess.com. This option is great for Bill Payment Centers, Check Cashing locations, Travel Agencies, Pharmacies…..or any location that has access to a PC and high speed internet.
